First step pain?
While you sleep, the plantar fascia shortens, so your first steps suddenly stretch and irritate the heel, causing pain.
Use a Heat + Vibration Heel & Arch Relief Brace to ease first-step discomfort, combining targeted warmth and gentle vibration to loosen tissue and improve mobility before standing.
Heat & Vibration combo
Heat therapy boosts circulation and relaxes tissue, helping reduce morning stiffness when the plantar fascia is most tight.
Vibration therapy helps desensitise pain and stimulate the muscles, creating a soothing effect through the heel and arch.
Together, they reduce tension, improve blood flow, and prepare your foot for pain-free movement.
So what next?
Use this brace daily and enjoy the premium velvet-style thermal lining, delivering gentle heat and optional vibration therapy before you take those first steps in the morning. Our ThermaCore™ brace is commonly combined with morning dorsiflexion repetitions to help loosen the plantar fascia, reduce stiffness, and prepare the foot for walking.

Is this a brace I wear for support?
No - this is a heat and vibration brace designed to keep tissue supple, reduce first-step pain, and support recovery. Use it in the morning with dorsiflexion repetitions (see link below) or while relaxing after rolling out your arch. For daily wear and support, we also offer a compression brace. This brace is a great start, but works best when paired with simple foot rehab exercises in the PaynPro Recovery system.

Can I get a discount if I buy more?
Absolutely! If you want to buy more than one unit we recommend selecting one of the bundle options near the price section. This will give you the biggest savings if you want to purchase one for a friend or family member too.
How do I know if I have plantar heel pain / plantar fasciitis?
-Heel Pain, Especially in the Morning on first step. Often the first few steps out of bed are sharp or stabbing. Pain may improve after walking a bit but can return after long periods of standing or activity.
-Pain at the Bottom of the Foot. Usually near the heel, sometimes radiating along the arch. It can feel dull, aching, or sharp depending on the day.
-Pain after Activity, Not During. Running, walking, or standing a lot may make it worse afterward, rather than during the activity itself.
-Tenderness When Pressed. Press the inner heel or along the arch; tenderness is common in plantar fasciitis.
-Stiffness or Tightness. The arch or heel may feel tight, especially after rest or sitting.
Note: It is always safest to consult a health professional.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
We offer a 30-day risk free trial. Not Satisfied? Simply return the brace for a full refund (and we'll cover return shipping). We will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
